Operations and compliance:
Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws.
Leadership and mentorship:
Lead and mentor junior HR staff and collaborate with senior management on organizational changes.
Administration:
Oversee administrative functions like security, housekeeping, and contract labor management, and interact with government authorities.
Employee engagement:
Develop and lead initiatives for employee engagement and welfare.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, and ensure the timely update of HR information systems.
Essential skills
Thorough knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
