Statutory Returns:
Prepare and submit all required government returns, such as those related to Provident Fund (PF), Minimum Wages, and Employment Exchanges.
Policy Guidance:
Advise employees and management on company policies and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and adherence to legal requirements.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with policy and legal requirements.
HR Operations & Administration
Payroll & Benefits:
Oversee the processing of employee salaries and administer benefits programs.
Employee Records:
Manage the maintenance, updating, and security of all employee data and personnel files.
HR Documentation:
Prepare and issue employment-related letters, such as appointment, confirmation, and transfer letters.
HRIS Management:
Ensure the efficient operation and continuous updating of data within the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Employee Lifecycle Management
Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and managing the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Create and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Performance Management:
Assist in the execution of performance review procedures and training initiatives.
Employee Relations:
Handle and support employees with grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Employee Engagement:
Organize and coordinate activities to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
