Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare accurate job descriptions
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule technical/managerial interviews
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and closures
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts
Ensure
joining, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports on a daily/weekly basis
Achieve hiring targets within defined TATs
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines
Good understanding of salary benchmarking and market trends
Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tracking
Qualification
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment
