Oversee all HR administration tasks, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and compliance with labour laws.
Manage and execute the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
Handle employee grievances, queries, and ensure proper documentation for all HR-related matters.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads and management for performance appraisals and employee development.
Ensure legal compliance for all HR policies and procedures, including statutory filings and audits.
Facilitate training programs, employee engagement activities, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and prepare HR reports for audits and compliance purposes.
