Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.

2. HR Operations



Manage employee lifecycle processes including joining, confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations



Drive employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management



Support the performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion. Assist managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and monitoring progress. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

5. Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and company policies. Maintain documentation for audits and ensure HR processes meet compliance standards. Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and SOPs.

6. Management Support



Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership. Participate in strategic HR initiatives and organizational development activities.

Skills & Qualifications Required



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 3-8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.

Preferred



Experience in fast-growing companies/startups. Knowledge of performance management frameworks and employee engagement strategies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
