Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end

recruitment cycle

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support HR Manager in

employee engagement initiatives

and grievance handling. Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases (HRMS/HRIS). Assist in

performance management processes

including appraisal coordination and feedback sessions. Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR letters, offers, confirmations, and exit documentation. Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires. Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee queries. Support HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Prepare HR MIS reports and analytics for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-6 years of HR experience

(generalist/recruitment/operations). Good knowledge of

labor laws and statutory compliance

. Hands-on experience in

recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee engagement

. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Good to Have



Prior experience in IT/Tech/Startup environment. Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting. Exposure to training and development initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,463.31 - ₹44,507.11 per month
