Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
including onboarding, attendance, and employee records
Handle
payroll processing
ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and statutory regulations
(PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for audits and inspections
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation
Handle employee queries related to
payroll, leaves, and benefits
Support disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and final settlements
Assist in HR reporting and MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in
HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
Strong knowledge of
Indian labor laws
Hands-on experience with
payroll software
Experience in
manufacturing / plant HR
is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiner or short notice period
Education
MBA / MSW / PGDM in
HR
or relevant qualification
