Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and staff positions (operators, fitters, supervisors, etc.).

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs for new hires.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

Maintain attendance, leave records, and overtime details for factory staff.

Coordinate with accounts/HR manager for monthly payroll processing.

Ensure timely update of biometric attendance data.

3. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and Labour Laws.

Handle documentation and liaison with labour inspectors or government authorities.

Maintain statutory registers and records as per factory requirements.

4. Employee Relations

Maintain healthy relations with workers and supervisors.

Address grievances and disciplinary issues as per company policy.

Support welfare initiatives and employee engagement programs.

5. Training & Development

Identify training needs for staff and workers.

Conduct or coordinate training on safety, quality, and soft skills.

6. HR Administration

Manage employee files, records, and documentation.

Support ISO / BRC / other audit documentation related to HR.

Handle communication for contract labour and security staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Human resources: 4 years (Preferred)
