A Senior HR Executive manages strategic HR functions like talent management, policy development, and employee relations, while also ensuring legal compliance and overseeing daily operations like recruitment and payroll.
Key responsibilities involve developing HR strategies that align with business goals, implementing performance management systems, and providing guidance to junior HR staff and management. Strategic leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Talent management:

Oversee the full recruitment cycle, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

Policy and compliance:

Create, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Employee relations:

Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Compensation and benefits:

Design and administer compensation and benefits packages and programs.

HR operations:

Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance tracking, and termination processes.

HR metrics and reporting:

Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports for senior management.

Guidance and support:

Mentor junior HR staff and act as a resource for managers on HR best practices.
