Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding. Advise on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Design and deliver training & development programs. Implement and manage HR technology solutions. Analyze HR metrics and workplace data to drive organizational improvements.

Key Skills & Expertise:



Strong HR knowledge across talent management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. Business acumen to align HR practices with organizational objectives. Analytical mindset for research, data interpretation, and solution development. Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

. 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in consulting or corporate settings.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
