Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin experience in the

garment/apparel manufacturing industry

is mandatory. Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory-related regulations. Experience in handling payroll independently. Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage large workforce environments. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools (preferred).
Looking for immediate joiners or notice period candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
