Inspect the property regularly to ensure it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and service visits with external vendors.
Manage inventory of household supplies and ensure stock availability.
3. Administrative & Financial Duties
Handle household budgets, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Maintain records for expenses, maintenance logs, and staff attendance.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for best rates and service.
4. Guest & Family Assistance
Welcome and coordinate arrangements for guests and visitors.
Ensure comfort, privacy, and high service standards for the family.
Manage events, functions, and special arrangements as needed.
5. Staff Management
Hire, train, and supervise domestic staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Resolve staff issues and maintain discipline.
6. Security & Safety Oversight
Ensure all security systems are functioning properly.
Implement safety procedures for emergencies.
Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
7. Household Planning & Organization
Plan for deep cleaning, seasonal requirements, and annual maintenance.
Keep the residence organized, neat, and ready at all times.
Maintain household manuals, SOPs, and checklists.
