Job Description

:

We are seeking a

highly experienced Female Hospitality Trainer

with a strong background in

hotels, restaurants, and food service operations

to lead

training and development programs

across our outlets. The candidate will be responsible for improving service standards, operational efficiency, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver

training programs

for hotel and restaurant staff (FOH & BOH) Conduct

induction, refresher, and advanced skill training

Train teams on

service excellence, guest handling, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety

Develop

training manuals, SOPs, and assessment tools

Monitor staff performance and provide

on-job coaching

Ensure compliance with

hospitality standards, audits, and brand guidelines

Coordinate with

operations and HR

for training needs analysis Conduct

service audits and mystery evaluations

Train managers on

leadership, team handling, and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Trainer / L&D professional

in

hotels or restaurant chains

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with

extensive hospitality training exposure

Experience in

multi-outlet or chain restaurants / hotels

Willing to

travel

for training across locations
Passionate about

people development and service excellence

Strong knowledge of

hospitality operations, service standards, and guest experience

Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to train

multi-level staff

(stewards to managers) Strong

organizational and reporting skills

Certification in

Hospitality Management / Training & Development

preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
