We are seeking an experienced Senior Guest Service Associate for our Food & Beverage Service team to lead dining operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will supervise service staff, ensure seamless dining operations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality while managing multiple service outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
Ensure smooth service flow during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and management to optimize guest experience
Monitor service standards and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and SOPs
Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest seating arrangements
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor junior service staff including waiters, waitresses, and busboys
Conduct pre-shift briefings and daily team meetings
Train new service staff on menu knowledge, service techniques, and company standards
Create work schedules and manage staff assignments across different outlets
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Guest Relations & Experience
Greet and assist VIP guests and handle special requests
Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
Ensure personalized service delivery and exceed guest expectations
Monitor guest satisfaction through direct interaction and feedback collection
Coordinate special celebrations, dietary requirements, and guest preferences
Quality Assurance & Standards
Maintain impeccable presentation of dining areas, table settings, and service equipment
Ensure proper food presentation and timely service delivery
Monitor beverage service standards including wine service and cocktail preparation
Conduct regular inspections of service areas for cleanliness and organization
Implement and maintain service protocols and standard operating procedures
Revenue & Cost Management
Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue targets
Oversee inventory management for service supplies and equipment
Control costs related to linen, glassware, and service materials
Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records of covers served and revenue generated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
