Profile for Sr. Group Manager Treasury Cash Management-Key Responsibility: Cash Flow ManagementRelationship management with banks and AMCsAdherence to WNS Investment PolicyTimely availability and optimum utilisation of funds Special projects for Funding, Intercompany settlements Effective planning and managing the short term and long-term fund requirements of the organisation.Suggest innovative and alternate ways of sourcing funds and investments avenues.Continuously monitoring and evaluation investment avenues domestic and internationalEnsure efficient use of funds and maximise yield. Timely settlement of Intercompany transactions.Ensure and assist the generation of daily, monthly and rolling cashflow statement.Building relationship with bankers across the globe and AMCsKeep abreast of all new developments, and investment products available and regulation pertaining to Treasury.Develop MIS formats to provide updates to the leadership team on various aspects of Treasury operation.Monitoring compliance requirements imposed by various authorities and ensuring that they are all met. Mentor the team and offer technical direction as well as operational leadership. fostering strong team relationshipsEncourage, mentor, and coach the team to create a positive working environment.Driving Treasury Automation and Analytics project
