About the department

RA Labelling, in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore is part of the global RA hub consisting of 4 strong teams of high calibre regulatory professionals and graphics designers. The objective of the team is to offer core Regulatory Affairs (RA) competencies enabling NovoNordisk (NN) secure fast, high quality product approvals. The team delivers full strategic and operational support on a global scale across value chain on core regulatory processes across NN product portfolio. We provide regulatory expertise and work very closely with our colleagues in RAHQ, Denmark (DK) as well as colleagues in our affiliates all over the world.

The position

As a Senior Regulatory Professional, an ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate leadership quality by setting the regulatory strategy and being responsible for planning, creating, and submitting high quality global packaging materials by using various graphic software's to the health authorities, achieving fast approvals. The professional will act as an integrated part of global cross-functional teams with stakeholders ranging from labelling development, labelling coordination to all Novo Nordisk RA affiliates worldwide.

Furthermore, the responsibilities include planning and driving regulatory activities and deliverables according to agreed timelines and quality. Since the role includes creating Packaging material design for Novo Nordisk, demonstrated subject matter expertise in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, along with strong Regulatory Knowledge on submission and Health Authority requirements for Packaging material is expected.

Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate/comparable degree in graphical related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of graphical design experience required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Good knowledge on Pantone and CMYK colours.
  • Good knowledge on design guidelines, style sheets and Pharmaceutical Regulations and Guidelines.
  • Global exposure in terms of handling different markets for pharmaceutical products.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, arrange and conduct meetings.
  • PC illustration handling and colour separations.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to cross collaborate and work with the teams and stakeholders from different backgrounds and culture in a Hybrid setup.
