Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for creating brand and communication designs. (such as Magazine Ads, Newspaper Ads, Brochures) Creative thinking, ability to create flawless high-quality designs & artworks. Excellent command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Good understanding of client's brief and design as per the client's expectations. Need to visualize and develop 'out of the box' creativity and design thinking skills. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts in order to develop high-level designs Should be able to create appealing designs and balanced layouts Should be Energetic and self-driven with a strong aesthetic sense Should be able to express innovative Ideas and understand the requirements Should have hands on illustrations and drawings Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions Understanding the work culture processes and delivery mechanism Being proactive with creating new-age design work in the spec-work categories Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in English grammar and spelling Good English comprehension skills to interpret client requisition and expectations Good verbal and written communication skills Mentoring Skills Minimum 3 to 4 Years experience in a reputed Ad agency is the must. Expert knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat). Ready to work in night shifts. Should have completed his/her education in Fine Arts form a reputed college/university.
