Website: https://bcplindia.com/ Principal Accountabilities: The responsibilities of a senior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks Understanding project requirements and ideas Using graphic techniques to create drafts Producing marketing collaterals (social media posts, blog images, banners, social media reels etc) Collaborating with the team to launch projects Responsibilities: Closely work with the Marketing team for design solutions. Research, assist, and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns. Stronghold on Color, Typography, and Composition skills. Work Context: Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions. Must have the ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes Must have an optimistic attitude towards feedback from the team members Must be receptive to constructive feedback and act to deliver creative output Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations Role Requirements: An online portfolio of work demonstrating visual branding, online marketing, and other relevant samples Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic design, branding, and social media marketing Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva Bachelor\'s degree in design or equivalent professional experience Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts Must keep up with recent developments in the design industry Must be self-motivated, and process-driven to achieve the best optimum quality in the given timeline Experience with basic video editing skill will be plus **While applying it is mandatory to share your portfolio link for further assessment**
