The ideal candidate holds a degree and significant experience in graphic or web design, including working in a B2B environment on sales collateral, presentation decks and other visual assetsHow You Will Make an Impact:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Designing and creating unique visual, web and video content that adheres to brand standards to support marketing objectives.
• Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content.
• Create stellar landing pages, webpages, slide decks and graphic collateral for use in the sales process.
• Update and own templates for whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media graphics and other visual marketing elements.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions and overall campaign objectives into attractive design strategies.
• Serve as the go-to internal resource for visual design consultation and advice

What You Bring to the Team:

• 4 - 7 yrs of experience designing visual graphics for videos, web, branding, social media and publications, preferably for a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience with Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD. Premiere and Audition are a plus.
• Hubspot experience preferred.
• B2B marketing experience preferred, especially for a SaaS or tech company.
• Have a strong portfolio of video, graphic and web design work which demonstrates design thinking and creative problem solving.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams across multiple time zones
