Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Working Hours \xe2\x80\x93 12 PM to 9 PM/ 2 PM to 11 PM

Sirion is looking for an experienced creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build an international brand identity, as well as support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

General Description: The successful candidate will be a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense, understanding of color and a passion for strong design. The designer will work with multi-disciplinary teams, which will involve observing, listening, communicating, and brainstorming. The designer\xe2\x80\x99s role is to create compelling digital media assets, including presentations, web media, display graphics and branded promotional items. Must have advanced PowerPoint design skills as well as proficiency in the Adobe creative suite and office applications.

Must have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

Create design assets for digital campaigns, events, websites, email, newsletters, marketing collateral, customer collateral, and other as needed.

Create visually Impactful PPT presentations. \xe2\x80\x93 Must have experience working with slide master and end-to-end editable PPT graphics, formatting slides as per brand guidelines.

Create high quality designs for marketing initiatives, partner programs, sales programs, and executive requests.

Support creative projects from concept to asset delivery.

Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Ensure quality and adherence to corporate brand standards/brand guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Excellent internal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of Figma and AdobeXD is plus.

Knowledge and experience with modern graphic production processes \xe2\x80\x93 file output, production coordination with vendors and print requirements.

Has impeccable taste and an eye for detail

Strong design style, and ability to create superior, original designs. Should have a solid visual design portfolio that is innovative, reflects current design trends, and showcases a broad range of challenges/solutions

Strong understanding of print production and Digital formats

Manage and organize design files, assets, and project documentation in a systematic and accessible manner.

Fast learner, maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are error-free, visually appealing, and optimized for different channels and formats.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in art, graphic design, or related field.

Three to Six (3-6) years of experience working in a professional creative services role in the tech industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and print materials.
