Job description: We are looking to hire a dedicated Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals and graphics based on the product or business requirements, create images and layouts by software, and test graphics across multiple digital media platforms. The role entails defining requirements, visualizing and conceptualizing graphics for Social Media, Brand websites, and any communication with the user. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing design concepts and visuals based on the requirements.
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, social media posting, brand building, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
• Select colours, images, text style, and layout.
• Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Conduct appropriate scientific research on themes and topics
• Ability to understand briefs and translate briefs into copy/content as required
• Develop creative ideas and copies
• Write, edit and proofread content for different touchpoints \xe2\x80\x93 online and offline: Social Media, Ads, Video Scripts, etc.
• Prepare rough drafts and present new ideas for brand design.
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
• Creating graphics, layouts, and illustrations for branded content on the website, social media platforms, and email communication with the customer.s
• Working closely with copywriters and content team to understand the requirements and align the final output
• Ensuring Brand guidelines and appeal of final graphics and layouts
• Testing graphics across media and making refinements based on the effectiveness Assisting the performance marketing team in content for advertising campaigns.

Skills: (The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the following skills):

• Minimum of 1-year experience and a maximum of 4 years experience
• Complete Understanding of the Digital/Video Production ecosystem
• Candidates who graduated in 2018/2019/2020/2021 with Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in B.A/B.Design/B.F.A/B.Com/B.B.A/B.B.M/B.Sc/M.A/M.Design/M.F.A/M.Com/M.B.A/M.Sc with disciplines (Marketing, Design, Advertising, Communication) are preferred
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (like Photoshop or Illustrator or Indesign or Adobe Premiere Pro or Figma or Adobe XD)
• Prior Agency experience across managing content for diverse industries will be a major add-on
• Intuitive Thinker, Flexible Approach & a Flair for Writing
• Excellent command over written & spoken English
• Should be equally comfortable with both long and short copy
• Strong editing & proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently, organize, set priorities and complete work within given deadlines
• Proven graphic designing experience is a must
• Strong portfolio of illustrations and graphics
• Proficiency in using design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition
• The ability and strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
