Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative design concepts across various mediums, including print and digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that effectively communicate our brand message - Produce high-quality designs, incorporating typography, layout, and imagery, to enhance the visual impact of our marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and other collateral - Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the designs are fresh, current, and appealing to our target audience - Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives and deadlines - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather design requirements, provide input, and drive creative solutions that align with business goals - Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand, its values, and target audience while ensuring consistency and integrity across all design materials Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or related field - Proven work experience as a Sr. Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects - Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Expertise in typography, colour theory, and layout design principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present design ideas to stakeholders - Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting - Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving priorities and requirements To apply for the position of Sr. Graphic Designer, please submit your resume, cover letter, and a link to your portfolio to shama@acem7.com or else can whatsapp on +91-96509-21987 or apply through our online application system at www.acem7.com.
