Buzzzcraft is looking for a passionate Graphic Design Lead to join our team to develop high-quality designs, compelling multi-channel creatives, logos, branding, and more. • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user experience.
• Translate marketing briefs into meaningful and impactful creative content in the forms of social media posts, ads, print & other collateral
• Understand the brand design language and use the appropriate colors and layouts to develop Day-to-Day content for all marketing initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple design project, anticipates demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.
• Fluency in Banner design, Icon design, Font creation, Artwork and drawing skills.
• Work collaboratively with other designers for event page design and contest design work.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite products (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Premiere)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic and Visual design works.
• Having agency or client experience or an Internet-based company or Product based company will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Brand Development and a keen eye for aesthetics and detailing
• Ideally, a Degree in Graphic Design or a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
• Should have a Portfolio of work
