Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and produce exceptional visual content for our clients. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing and executing design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all designs align with our clients\' brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team to conceptualize, develop and execute visual designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, account managers, and creative directors, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Create and maintain brand guidelines for clients, ensuring that all designs align with the client\'s brand standards and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technology and incorporate them into design solutions as appropriate
• Participate in the development of creative briefs and pitches for new business opportunities
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills
• Collaborate with external vendors, including photographers and illustrators, as needed to execute design projects

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and creativity
• Proven experience managing design projects from concept to delivery, including experience managing and mentoring junior designers
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines for clients
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
