About Our Client

 Working innovatively with external partners to commission/develop appropriate

 Partnerships and interventions to improve and enhance the existing deliveries and capabilities

 Sourcing and developing specialist third party providers as required and working with the internal technology and alliances team to build and increase digital capabilities

 Defining digital strategy and solution development to transform customer experience, improve risk selection and reduce cost of Claims through process redesign, enable quick launch of new products, build innovative channels of engagement (Web portal, Social, Mobile, IoT, Chat and Voice Bot etc), core systems replacement through package products like Guidewire, Cleva, Keylane etc, intelligent process automation through AI/ML led RPA and a strong data foundation to support decisions (BI, Analytics) enabled by next-gen infrastructure

 Managing the designing future state technological advanced models to drive digital transformation and next gen delivery in insurance ops

 Develop solution led consulting capability by being the Product Manager for multiple Insurance solutions in Digital, Fraud Management in Claims, Risk Selection & Underwriting, Robotics leveraging Social, Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, IoT, AI/ML

 Building Guidewire capability for Policy and Claims Transformation; solutions to enable faster implementation

 Insurance Business Process Operations Optimization through process re-design and automation levers such as OCR, RPA, AI/ML led Virtual Assistant

 Being able to lead and manage a small team of leaders and working with them to help penetrate the length and breadth of the insurance vertical from operations team to sales and hunting teams to be able to infuse & drive digital capability

 Lead solution for various analyst benchmarking, RFP, RFI, RFX from a domain, transformation and innovation stand point

 Work closely with the marketing team and lead creation of collaterals for internal and external stake holders on value prop and market differentiator

 Lead or support conference and marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve brand reputation in the market

 Leading on the development of a culture of continuous improvement, introducing impact measured analytics to demonstrate scale of success of delivery

 Performing any other reasonable duties as directed by line management. Ability to work collaboratively to develop and deliver appropriate solutions

 Able to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility to generate new and innovative ideas and approaches and to solve complex problems

 Able to challenge and influence others, including more senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved.

 Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

The Successful Applicant

 This leader should be technically astute in P&C/General Insurance and Healthcare (Payer) business across all geographies. Managed complex & niche end to end BPM, ITO, Technology/Transformation program and delivered significant value through Transformation and Digital levers with customer journey and experience at the core. Should have closely worked with various business stake holder and CXO levels to be aligned with business strategy and identify revenue growth opportunities. This incumbent should have spear headed and own solutions for all Insurance RFP, RFI etc. He/she should be able to partner with solutions and capability creation group to create new service offering and Go To Market strategy based on evolving industry, market & regulatory trends. Should act like a single point of contact to manage contract renewals, extensions, termination, queries and all related change requests, Should be well versed in creating & publishing White papers based on current organization capabilities, market trends and possible solutions and manage all client escalations and ensure timely closure that meets clients requirements. In brief we are looking for someone who has - Underpinning knowledge of Design Thinking principles as well as of leadership theory and practice. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders. Should be able to articulate and confidently deliver to large audiences. Able to provide effective line management and / or project team management to achieve complex or high priority objectives, and develop others personally and professionally.

 Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.

 Full time MBA from one of the top B-Schools is preferred
