• Analyzing current and past trends with key performance indicators including all areas of expenses.

• Provides clear and accurate tracking of actuals Versus Plan/ Forecast / Prior Year
• Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Maintains the EIT vendor Master file. $90M of Cost, 750+ vendors

• Follow up on with EIT functional leaders and Sourcing on upcoming contract renewals
• Follow up and ensure on time Creation of Purchase Orders (+1000 PO per year)
• Review and approve Purchase Orders
• Post monthly Accruals when and where is needed
• Post monthly Prepayments / amortization
• Cloud Accounting:

• 6 vendors $75M of Cost / 100+ Applications; 60 quarterly WBS codes ;26 cost centers / Allocations: Branband, Books, Precima, BASES, PL
• CAPEX process:

• IDSW and Cloud (WBS) 60 quarterly code creation.
• Hardware - Review and approve through NCP CAPEX requests (100-150 annually) / Review and approve Purchase Orders
• Provides clear and accurate tacking of Actuals and support with CAEX forecast.
• Productivity / OTI tracker maintenance
• Supporting in the annual Budget / 3YP and Forecast process. Loading in the OP tool (SAC) - 420 EIT Cost Centers / 900 FTEs / 750+ vendors
• Monthly and Quarterly Financial reporting. Customized reports for all EIT functions showing Periodic, YTD results
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
• Supporting Senior EIT Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth financial analysis required. Analyze and provide variance analysis and drivers
• Supporting in the preparation of presentations to EIT Leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance / qualified accountant; Deep knowledge of accounting (USGAAP, Accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules)
• Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel and SAP skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
• Very organized and detail oriented with an ability to be flexible and independent
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
