Product & Process Improvement:
Modify existing food products and production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and appeal.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Ensure that food products meet rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards through testing and monitoring.
Sensory Evaluation & Consumer Feedback:
Organize and conduct sensory panels, gather consumer feedback, and analyze results to validate product performance.
Scale-Up & Pilot Trials:
Manage and execute trials in pilot plants and production facilities to ensure successful scale-up from the lab to manufacturing.
Raw Material & Supplier Management:
Select and evaluate raw materials and suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and specification standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about evolving government regulations and ensure that products, including labeling and nutritional information, comply with all requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration and support product launches.
Technical Documentation:
Accurately document ingredient specifications, formulations, test results, and other critical data in lab notebooks and formula management systems.
