Designation - Senior Financial Trainer Location-Gurgaon Functional Role () - Liaise with managers and identify any training needs for different grades and functions. Translate requirements into various training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. Conduct Finance & Accounts related training for team. Build annual training program and prepare monthly plans/schedules. Drive orientation and process training for new hires. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure the effectiveness. Monitor employee performance and response to training. Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills - Should be able to customize training content/modules in line with Training gap analysis conducted. Fluent in business English language written and verbal communication skills essential. Should be a Good Team Player & very strong in analytical skills The candidate should be adept with MS Office tools to prepare training trend analysis.
