Job Description

Financial strategy and planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals, and contribute to overall strategic planning and decision-making.

Financial reporting:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and management information system (MIS) reports.

Analysis and forecasting:

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support executive decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Compliance:

Ensure the organization complies with all financial regulations, tax laws (such as GST and TDS), and accounting standards.

Auditing and control:

Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.

Cash flow management:

Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure healthy liquidity.

Team leadership:

Manage, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team.

Risk management:

Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk.
