Shift Timing: Europe Shift (01:30 PM - 10:30 PM) Review & authorize new vendor or modification requests Review vendor master data and ensure the information is up to date Get familiar/well-versed with ZS invoicing and corporate card management process Review the vendor and employee payment proposal/batch Process vendor invoices and record corporate card expense Review vendor open items and keep the aging under control Manage employees and vendors queries via common and personal mailboxes Share process improvement ideas to enhance operational efficiency Prepare vendor accruals Analyze vendor spend and share high level spend dashboards/executive summary Create process documents and update as needed Excellent communication skills with strong Knowledge of Accounts Payable process. SAP Knowledge is an added advantage however, open to all who have strong understanding of accounting concepts and treatment in books.
