The role in a nutshell:
This Role will provide support within the department & would be responsible for overseeing Day to Day Operation, performance & results of the Team member & ensuring work is performed with Quality, accuracy & with the Highest Standards. The Person would be having extensive Knowledge of Systems related to Job Function & Expertise for all tasks & processes. People Management, including all HR-related issues, as well as staff development. Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems. Also needs to understand the agent\'s problems and weaknesses and address these.

How you will make a difference:

• Train new operational resource in line with revenue growth targets.
• Work collaboratively across and within the various SGWI departments such as Operations
• Coaching and feedback to team.
• Provides accounting assistance to Management and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.
• Monthly audit of billings to contracts
• Monthly audit of contract pricing to charging sheets
• Manage and support funding/billing process,
• Looking at internal and client escalations and provide resolution.
• Update logs, timesheets & other MIS assigned on timely basis.
• Liaise with customers to manage queries through to resolution.
• Audit of Invoices processed by Team
• Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information & ensures accuracy of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly accounts. This will include areas such as intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet recs and preparing standard journals
• Constant review and improvement of processes to help streamline the finance function.
• Establish and develop operational processes to maintain a lean operational model and drive efficiency.

What will give you an advantage:

• Must have finance background experience \xe2\x80\x93 essential Only Financial Analysts eligible
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Experience in managing multiple customers in a payroll/ HR or project management capacity (payroll skills are a distinct advantage)
• Tenacious, organized and customer focused approach.
• Ability to develop a team of people i.e. share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers; coaching, development, ad hoc training.
• Demonstrable customer service skills.
• Graduate in any discipline
• Previous Accounts Payable/Receivable experience.
• Experience working of Payments/ Bank reconciliations.
• Previous back office experience.
