Key Responsibilities




Identify and contact potential new customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify upselling opportunities. Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and existing clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to finalize sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Work to meet and exceed specific sales quotas and revenue goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.


Who we are looking for



Bachelor's degree / Diploma, in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 5 to 8 years of experience in elevator or construction industry Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening abilities are essential for engaging clients and building rapport. Strong abilities to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
