Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Government and PSU clients.- Understand client requirements related to IT Infrastructure-networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, etc.- Manage end-to-end tendering activities: E-tender portal monitoring, RFP/RFQ analysis, bid preparation, and documentation.- Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams for solution design and commercial proposals.- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Government departments and PSUs.- Track upcoming government projects, empanelment's, and procurement plans.- Participate in pre-bid meetings and presentations as required.- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, customer interactions, and project progress.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and System Integration (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Cloud).- Familiarity with Government tendering procedures (GeM, NIC, CPP, State e-Procurement).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Educational Qualification:- Graduate in Engineering / IT / Electronics / Computer Science / or related field.- MBA in Marketing or Business Development (preferred).Compensation:- As per industry standards and experience.- Performance-based incentives applicable.Reporting To:- Vertical Head - Business Development / Sales Manage (ref:updazz.com)
