Job Description



  • Hitting monthly sales target of 4 sales per month
  • Providing correct and detailed information to customers on price, offer and specifications of unit/project
  • Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them
  • Feeding inquiries into CRM software and updating it as per follow up
  • Conducting site visits
  • Responsible for existing booking payment and collection
  • Resolving customer queries by coordinating with all backend teams like CRM, Legal and Accounts
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers for referral bookings and channel partners for new sales
  • Gathering market and competitor's information
  • Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc
Key Skills Needed
  • Should be able to sell ethically and transparently
  • 3+ years experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Telecom/FMCG sales is preferable but not necessary.
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Should be tenacious and resilient
Mandatory Requirement
  • Should have his/her own conveyance
CTC
  • Upto Rs. 4.80 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
  • Performance-linked incentives paid monthly
  • Corporate health insurance
