Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Operations(GIB)

About the role

• This is a great opportunity to work into B2B Operations profile handling escalations/queries for merchants with merchant onboarding

What you\'ll be doing:

• Merchant Onboarding as per the process
• Servicing on all Sales & basic Merchant Onboarding Lifecycle Management queries
• Act as first point of contact from Business Team for Merchant Onboarding/Queries
• Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Handling Queries and escalations related to banking relationship.
• Follow up with the banking team and Merchnats for providing better business growth and opportunities
• Provide training to new joiners and merchants.
• Constant coordination with internal departments & KAMs for smooth flow of tasks on day to day basis.
• Accountable for creating and publishing all required Business Dashboards for Sales Team and reporting it on Weekly/Monthly basis to Business Head.

What are we looking for?

• 2- 4 years of experience in Operations
• Strong organizational, communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical skills
• Adaptability, Learning Ability & Flexibility
