The profile requires working with the business heads to achieve company's short- and long-term
strategic objectives. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required
to multi-task, conceptualize, connecting with existing clients + onboarding of new clients. Have
attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines while aggregating and interpreting data.
Roles Responsibilities:
Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts (Packaging space)
Cross functional & key stakeholder management (both external & internal) to drive packaging revenue
Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Packaging Vendors For onboarding, product listing and servicing of vendors
Order Management & Customer Care Teams
Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
4+ years of experience in Sales, Account management in
Knowledge/ Skills
Excellent in communication skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Education
B.Tech (Pref). & MBA from a Tier 2/3 OR IIP
