Qualification: DME / BE (Mech / elec )+Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent.

- Enforce clarity and responsible to implement HSSS policies, guidelines, and procedures in the work area to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Provide support to Head HSSS & team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, security, and environmental issues.
- Develop HSSS processes and emergency plans that comply with Company policies and procedures
- Good incident investigation skills.
- Develop all necessary HSSS documents to meet Company requirements.
- Engage with the workforce, inspect work sites in order to verify the implementation of HSSS requirements, and identify gaps that need focus.
- Monitoring Security agencies’ manpower and work plan.
- Implementation of Best Practices – Safety Rules and Group HSSS Standards / Requirements.
- To conduct Inspections, Mock Drills, training & Toolbox talk as per the HSSS plan.
- Data analytic projects and knowledge in power BI have added advantages.
- Good communication skills, writing, and presentation skills are required.
- Good skills in MS Office required.
