The team you will be a part of

The Business Analysis team prepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization. Analyzes, and plans and/or conducts procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives. Maintains an ongoing interface with various organizational and regional groups in areas such as decision analysis, technical needs, planning and execution.

This role in summary

Whirlpool has successfully implemented SuccessFactors to be its core HR system of records. Global Back Office (GBO) HR, a HR Shared Service unit based out of Gurugram HO (and Hyderabad) specializes in supporting a variety of HR Operations activities ie., Operations, HRIS, R&A and Talent Acquisition for all regions across the globe. Reporting & Analytics team as part of Global Talent Analytics COE manages all HR Data reporting and analytics for all regions and each COEs. The team specializes in full employee lifecycle processes such as TA, L&D, I&D, PMP, Talent Management, HRIS & Operations by providing support through spreadsheet reporting, data visualizations, data analysis, strategic projects, data audit & compliance, agency reporting, testing & integration and automation catering all regional HRs and COEs along with external agencies and internal leadership.

Your responsibilities will include

Perform BAU Reporting Activities independently

Maintain data confidentiality and privacy

Understand customer requests from AdHoc reporting cases, provide accurate data support within timelines. Interact with customers to understand requirements if needed.

Provide support to internal leadership on AdHoc basis

Independently work with stakeholders by requirement gathering, set realistic expectations and timelines, provide requested support in timely manner maintaining high service level satisfaction

Act as a consultant to customers and recommend best solutions to meet their strategic objectives while ensuring no significant workload added to the team\xe2\x80\x99s bucket

Act as a solution architect to understand customers problem statement and designing best possible solution/visualization to assist their strategies while keeping check on timelines, setting realistic expectations and efficient ongoing approach

Refine existing BAU processes and eliminate process waste to reduce processing time and maintain SOP

Mentor junior team members by coaching and performing quality checks

Keeping data quality in checks and raising flags in case of inconsistencies

Take ownership of learning new tools and technologies required to perform certain activities

Look for ways to automate existing process and meet the CI targets for the team

Contribute to fulfillment of team\xe2\x80\x99s KPI goals and targets

Actively participate in team\xe2\x80\x99s development initiatives

Minimum requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate or Postgraduate

EXP - 4 - 8 years

SHIFT TIMINGS - 12:30pm- 09.30pm

LOCATION - Gurugram

Preferred skills and experiences

Must have Skills:

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Experience in data extraction, manipulation and reporting or Data Science and Analytics

Sound knowledge of MS Excel/G-Sheet

Worked on writing codes using VBA/R/Python etc.

Sound knowledge of HR Process or Employee Life-Cycle

Independent visualization expertise using Tableau/LookerStudio/PowerBI etc.

Adaptable and Flexible to manage different activities and stakeholders independently

Experienced in working in global shared service environment or managing global stakeholders

Willingness to learn new technologies required to perform different jobs

Good to have skills:

Experience in Reporting through SuccessFactors AdHoc Reporting, ORD, Report Stories and/or WFA

Experience of any ETL process or systems such as AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud etc.

Ability to write or customize SQL scripts
