Laptop & Eco-System Product Specialist & Content Developer

Report to: Aftersales - NPI & Spare Quality

Technical Support Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will predominantly manage the Technical Content & Product (Laptop, Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Eco-System) Specialist for Aftersales.

Technical Support Job Duties:

\xc2\xb7 The trainer should have a deep understanding of laptops, Robot vacuum cleaners & Eco-system products, including hardware components, operating systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques. They should be proficient in using various laptop brands and models.

\xc2\xb7 Look for candidates with prior experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars. Experience in developing training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online modules is also beneficial.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication is essential for a trainer to convey complex technical information clearly and understandably. The trainer should be articulate, patient, and capable of adapting their communication style to suit different learning styles and audiences.

\xc2\xb7 Assess the candidate\'s ability to teach and transfer knowledge effectively. This includes the ability to engage learners, facilitate discussions, provide constructive feedback, and encourage participation.
