The Presales Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the storytelling, design, and communication impact of client-facing presales and marketing content. This role involves the creation of visually compelling, brand-aligned materials that articulate Firstsource's value proposition, capabilities, and client impact across diverse industries and markets.

Create compelling narratives and visual storylines for sales presentations and pitches.
Design high-impact, brand-aligned

Create and edit

Work with presales leads and SMEs to understand client needs and co-create creative assets that align with solutioning strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging.
Asset & Template Management:
Build and maintain a design asset library including reusable templates, icons, and graphics.
Drive continuous improvement of content design practices, tools, and processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Experience
Critical:
5+ years of experience in design and creative roles, preferably supporting
presales
, marketing, or solution teams in IT/ITeS or consulting firms
Proven track record in creating impactful
client presentations

visuals
,
wireframes
,
collateral
, and
video content
Experience working in B2B environments with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, solution, marketing, operations)
Exposure to solution artifacts such as flyers, case studies, cheat sheet and sales playbook
Know-
How
Critical:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
Expertise in UI /UX Design, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Miro or similar tools
Ability to create wireframes, UX mockups, and motion graphics with basic Angular experience
Strong storytelling, content design, and visualization skills
Understanding of branding, layout design, and user-centric visual communication
Desirable:
Master's or executive program in product management and digital transformation can be an added advantage
Certification or training in Graphics, Animation design, Power BI Dashboard Visual storytelling, multimedia, or marketing design
