Department: Digital Sales - Direct Tele
Reports to: Team Leader

Purpose
To generate new leads from assigned data to explain health insurance products & solutions and convert leads to final closures to achieve given targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesConvert prospective customers - explaining the product and services offered by the company. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need. Selling health insurance over the call, to explain health insurance products & solutions Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls along with the status


Must HavesGood knowledge in Insurance & financial products 1-3 years' experience in BFSI sales - Preferable from Insurance or tele sales Excellent communication & relationship skills


Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

0 - 4 years
