Job Description


DESIGNATION : Shared Service Unit: GRADE : LOCATION : JOB DESCRIPTION CODE: Senior Executive O2C Finance Shared Services E3/E4 Bangalore etc.. Role: The person would be responsible to ensure seamless service delivery of O2C processes as per the agreed Service Levels. Further, ensure the team is effectively resourced and manage relationships with business partners (internal & external) and support teams like HR, Admin Managing and leading the Functional team Managing co-ordination of the Stake holders and work group engaged in function. Recording and managing Process / Functional issues and escalating where necessary. Resolving cross-functional issues. Monitoring team progress and performance. Providing status reports to the respective team lead. Working closely with teams to ensure the function meets timelines and quality needs. Reviews of uploads of manual billing/adjustments for vendor returns (VRET) review and posting of debit notes and credit notes as applicable. Handling vendors disputes in relation to vendor returns with respect to 2nd level escalations Reviews of uploads of manual billing/adjustments for reversal of vendor returns (RVR) review and posting of debit notes and credit notes as applicable. Handling vendors disputes in relation to RVR with respect to 2nd level escalations Reviews of uploads of manual billing/adjustments for Contra COGS review and posting of debit notes and credit notes as applicable. Handling vendors disputes in relation to Contra COGS with respect to 2nd level escalations Liquidation billing review of accounting of debit notes and credit notes as applicable Review of outbound sales Reconciliations Monthly reco of amount receivable or payable to Market Place with respect to TDS, marketplace fees payable, fulfillment fee payable and others to Market place. Processing the Collections received posting the amount received to respective heads in ERP Reporting On-Time Billing for Vendor returns Reporting On-Time Billing for Contra COGS (Discounts and others) Reporting on Aging and overdue collections as per SLA Reporting on automated billing vs billing with manual intervention as per SLA. Co- ordinate with cross functional teams such as taxation, R2R, AP for respective teams requirements. Preparation of Audit schedules for R2R process B Com/Mcom/MBA/semi qualified CA /CWA 3- 5 years 6- 8 years Should be a semi qualified professional with relevant experience in a BPO/Shared Service Center Graduates with at least 4 5 years relevant experience (min 2-3 years in managing a team of 5 or more associates). Semi qualified candidates with 3 years of relevant experience (min 2 years experience in managing team of 5 or above) Work exposure Good hands on experience in managing O2C processes (end to end), with understanding on accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process. Good people and client management skills set. Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improve the same. Working knowledge on Oracle Applications (desirable) in O2C or in any other Financial ERP.
