- Responsible for timely and accurate application of customers payments to their accounts in ERP
- Review daily bank reports to identify customer payments from customers
- identify, analyze and either resolve all types of payment exceptions d
- Perform approved account adjustments as required (bad debt write-offs etc) within assigned time frames
- Perform reconciliation of daily bank deposits to cash posted in ERP
- Review unapplied cash to identify root cause and take necessary action
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Follow-up with internal/ external customers for information/ query resolution
