Ensure Direct Tax Rules and Regulation, Transfer pricing Rules for transactions with related parties and maintain records as per transfer pricing norms
Coordination with Respective person for updation of data like GST No. SAC/HSN Code, UOM/POS and % of Tax etc.
Monthly preparation of data for GST Returns of Cement & RMC business in accordance with GST laws
Proper accounting with respect to GST Regime (Document type, tax code, tax % etc.)
(R) Provide responses of show cause notices / letters of GST departments in discussion with external advocate or legal cell
(R) Reconciliation of Input mismatch report as per GSTR 2 & 2A
(R) Review, Checking & Reconciliation of Inward/Outward Extractor Vs Tax GL coordination with Zonal Office
(R) Timely responses on all GST related queries of internal & external customers to ensure adherence to GST regulations across organization
(R) To deposit tax and filing of GST Returns in accordance with GST laws across all states
(R) Updation of Additional Place of business, Customer/Vendor master, etc in GST portal / SAP master
Correct deduction of TDS and its timely payment. Issuance of TDS certificate to Vendors on time
(R) Filing of quarterly TDS returns and ensure correct PAN numbers are updated in TDS returns
(R) Interact with taxation authorities for any queries raised by them and get assessment done for TDS
All expenses are accounted in the books strictly in line with agreements and contract issued and those not supported are having proper management approval at Zone
(R) e-bidding for all procurements above 2 Lakhs to ensure most competitive rates
(R) Proper and systematic budgetary control on CRM expenses and deviations are reported to regions on monthly basis for action
Accounting of Export sales after verifying details from Export order and prevailing contract. Ensure Accounting is done at correct exchange rate.
(R) Claim Duty drawback on exports appropriately and in
time
(R) Complete all legal requirements and documentation with respect to exports/SEZ
(R) Ensure proper accounting of receipts from export customers, considering all forex adherences and that the exchange gain/loss is accounted properly.
(R) Maintain records as per FEMA rules for vendor wise foreign payments made and inward collection received by customers for government reporting
(R) Negotiation & Finalization of cargo handling agent and other service providers wrt export despatches in conjunction with logistics dept.
(R) Negotiation of LC, realization of payment, certification from banks and collection of BRC from bank in time which will ensure SEZ benefit on time
Adherence to SOP compliances in all negotiations for procurement of white goods, gifts, foreign tours, gifts for Marketing / Technical services, CRM expenses, godown rent / office rent, capex expansion etc.
Effective cash flow management by timely and accurate payments to vendors/employees at Zone
(R) Perform KYC documentation and data vetting of documentation for new customer / vendors appointments
Prepare monthly Capex MIS, budget vs. actual data and highlight variances for action planning
(R) Review and track actual fixed cost against budget on monthly basis, indicate vital deviations and facilitate improvements in working
Identification and vendor negotiation for cost optimization and best value for money at Zone
