Roles and Responsibilities Role: - Senior Executive Location: - Pune Experience: - 1 to 4 years Skills Required: -Major Incident Management, Infra Monitoring, SPAM Analysis, Incident Management, Cyber Security Basics. Role Purpose Willing to work in 24.7 Environment without any reservations, Experience/Exposure to Incident Management & Major Incident Management, Monitoring Security systems (Alerts Triaging, HealthCheck, Onboarding of Devices in Monitoring Tools), Spam Triaging, Mailbox Management (Email Handling, Major Incident Communication), Escalation management, Stakeholder Management, Contributor Role for Knowledge Base Articles, On Call Support (High Severity Incidents), Preventative Audits Provide to Assure QA Proactive Fixing of Issues, Continues Service Improvements, Automation, Efficiencies. .Accountabilities, Competencies & KPIs: 1. Meet 100% Team KPI\'s as defined in service matrix 2. Various reports to be prepared & shared with all the stake-stakeholders. 3. 100% of the escalated cases to be owned, resolved and documented 4. 100% Compliance across all the various processes & parameters 5. 100% Change Management accuracy 6. Participate & Self-Learn all internal trainings to possess all relevant skills to manage operations. 7. Stakeholder connect on weekly/monthly basis 8.
