Reporting to the Manager- Human Resources, the Sr.Executive - Human Resources is responsible for the overall functioning of the HR department. This role offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution and provides advice on Recruitment , HR procedures, policies, best practices, Rewards , Benefits and statutory compliance to achieve highest level of Employee satisfaction and retention
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
xc2xb7 Create strategy and action plan for HR department which helps meet organizational goals and objectives
xc2xb7 Partner with BU head/ stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that will improve overall engagement , productivity and retention for the unit
xc2xb7 Provide expertise in the following areas:, Talent Management , Performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, rewards and Recognition programs, data analysis and strategic development
xc2xb7 Coach and guide leadership to drive culture to ensure we continue our fast-paced growth and success
xc2xb7 Creates professional relationships with both internal and external clients and customers
Operational:
xc2xb7 Oversee all the activities related to HR Department and work closely with the BU heads and HR team members to identify practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans
xc2xb7 Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies to manage attrition
xc2xb7 Ensure high satisfaction scores indicative in the monthly Employee Satisfaction Survey
xc2xb7 Initiate and plan regular HR Training for all employees with a view to educate employees on Policies, knowledge orientation and self development sessions etc.
xc2xb7 Ensure that all HR related communication is appropriately cascaded, Provide forums for employees to raise issues /concerns and also ensure that the same are effectively redressed and Provide engagement solutions to address concerns
xc2xb7 Responsible for Performance Management and Talent Development of the Business Unit
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance during client and internal audits, Ensure compliance on all HR activities such payroll, increments, etc
xc2xb7 Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget
xc2xb7 Work with Legal and Compliance Departments to assure HR processes and policies are within the legal framework as required
xc2xb7 Implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives / Global initiatives

Experience Critical: Post graduation/Master's degree in Human Resource from a reputed B School 5+ yrs of HR experience out of which 2-3 yrs of experience in ITES/ BPO function preferred
