In pursuit of continuous improvement and to match our exponential growth, Zscaler\'s Finance team has embarked on a digital transformation journey to build a world-class, scalable finance function. To support this effort, we are looking for a young candidate who will be responsible to support the leadership through transformation of Finance processes via automation. This candidate will also be focused to assist on building the end-to-end process documentations and other ad hoc tasks which are an integral part of the project management. Key Traits Required: Perform process assessment for current state processes and assist in identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, solve operational issues and drive standardization where possible Work with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements, drive design, support testing of new initiatives Build process documentation (including process flows, procedures, etc.) and support in developing and maintaining global documentation and procedures Track issues in the process and provide continuous training/feedback to process teams and other stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of operating Build and manage financial models and perform data analysis Help is developing project plans and managing reporting cadence Manage stakeholders to understand their requests, determine criticality, asses change impacts and drive implementation Qualifications 3-4 years of experience with Finance functions Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written, conduct cross functional team meetings Working knowledge of Finance & Accounting process and close activities including processing of JEs and allocations, account reconciliation, accruals, reporting, fixed assets management, etc. Experience on any collaborative tool like Asana, Lucid Charts, Visio, Confluence, Google workspace etc. is preferred Entry to intermediate experience with data preparation and visualization tools (Snowflake, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power Query) Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to parse and analyze data and develop financial models strong knowledge of using spreadsheet including macros (Visual Basic preferred but not a must) Ability to work with teams remotely across the globe.
