Job Purpose: Operation and Maintenance, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of 2000KVA 11KV Diesel generator 11no.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation and Maintenance, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of 2000KVA 11KV Diesel generator 11no.

2. Operation and Maintenance, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of 11KV Switchgear and 415V LT panel.

3. Operation and Maintenance, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of 11KV/415V Distribution Transformer.

4. Operation and Maintenance, Monitoring ,Troubleshooting 66KV/11KV Indoor and Outdoor Substation Equipment\'s.

5. Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance Troubleshooting of UPS ,FCBC (5KVA,6 KVA & 10 KVA) ( FCBC 160A & 40A)

6.Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance Troubleshooting of SCADA System.

7.Meeting SLA 3mins: power restoration to Distribution transformers without any deviations.

8.Daily SQDECC Board updating, following and tracking of KPI\'s

9.Following the Safety culture as per Organisation like PTW procedure ,JSA Preparation ,Power tool inspection for safe operation.

10. Operation ,Monitoring, Maintenance of EMS and BMS system.

11.Ensure the uninterrupted quality power to all the Syngene block in Biocon park up to the 11KV.

12. Operation Monitoring, Maintenance Troubleshooting , Air compressor and Air conditioners.

13.Operation and Maintenance of Lightings system.

14.Operation and Maintenance of Earthing system.

15.Operation and Maintenance of Lightening system.

16.Electrical safety initiation and improvement in across Syngene.

17.Preaprtion of Daily ,Monthly Power and Utility report preparation.

18.Spares management

19.Improving the 5S in the CUF .

Educational Qualification: BE/ B Tech/ Diploma in Electrical

Technical/functional Skills:

1.Operation and Monitoring of S2,S16,S20A Recycled water pumping system.

2. Operation and maintenance of ERP Recycled water plant

3.Water conservation .

4. Ensure the uninterrupted utilities( Steam, Nitrogen, Inst air, Water supply to all the Syngene block in Biocon park up to the block terminal with coordination of Biocon..

5.Contribution in CUF related projects and improvement activity.

6. Preparation of SOPs.

7.CUF related areas up keep.

8.Electrical statutory requirement compliance.

9.Energy Conservation.

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience
