Description / Responsibilities
As a senior executive finance the role will be responsible to oversee and manage daily accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, inventory, payables & drive efficiencies. He should have ability to influence peers & seniors within organization.
Responsible for managing and administrating the organizations finance and accounts including periodic review, MIS reporting, accounts receivable and payable, fixed asset accounting and revenue accounting and compliance
Drives SOX compliance process in the organization
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership
Handling Internal External Auditors & Preparation of audit schedules
Evaluating the adequacy and operating effectiveness of Internal controls, identify gaps & initiate corrective actions
Routine GL reconciliations, obtaining Vendor balance confirmations, Organizing weekly calls with the regional business team & Team management- Central & regional finance
Intercompany reconciliations, cost center analysis and allocations
Demonstrates excellent people management capabilities and is able to think out of the box
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / ICWA (Cost Accountant).
Minimum 5-6 years experience in understanding of Accounts / Finance functions.
Experience of working on SAP is essential.
Good Inter-personal skills including People Management Skills.
Mastery in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required. Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO & LIFO process; Knowledge of stock Reconciliation & Stock audits with internal & external Department; SAP knowledge; Knowledge of stock Reconciliation & Stock audits.
