Role summary
The MIS role for the Salesforce division is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities
? Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
? Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
? Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team KPIs and track progress against targets.
? Insights & Forecasting: Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
? Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and CRM usage.
? Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
Qualification (Minimum) ? Bachelor's degree in any stream

? Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
? Strong Excel and data visualization skills
? Attention to detail and analytical mindset
? Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Competencies Required
? Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.
? Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing, compiling, and reporting data.
? Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Salesforce CRM and MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.
? Communication Skills: Ability to present data and insights clearly to sales leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies or gaps and resolving issues independently.
? Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
? Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams for data collection, process improvements, and system integration.
? Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and how data influences business performance and strategy.
